Tech support is but an email away. For a small fee we can fix the majority of your issues, occasionally it might take more than the small fee but you'll get a quote before we take action.

All Geek in Your Pocket Clients get as you need it technical support. So if you're stuck with your site and need help, I'm just an email away and for the majority of tasks it's only $75 to get things fixed. Occasionally, you may have a larger task and if this is the case I will provide a personalized quote for you.

Basic Email Support
I really am an email away. For many things you can just shoot me an email and I'm happy to answer them the best I can. This may include asking for a plugin recommendation or even software advice. I'm here to help in anyway I can. If I feel the email crosses into a support request I will let you know.

Daily Security Monitoring
Ongoing security monitoring of your website to keep is safe and secure. Giving us time to get it fixed before it's a bigger problem if needed.

Uptime Monitoring
Too much downtime can affect your search rankings and user experience. If your site experiences any downtime I'll know & will work to get it solved quickly.

Ongoing Updates
All WordPress Core & Plugin updates. This also includes troubleshooting should there be a conflict. If a plugin breaks your site, I will troubleshoot to do my best to fix it and if for some reason the plugin is no longer functional I will provide recommendations on what would be your best next step.

Monthly Status Report
At the beginning of each month you'll receive a report giving you all the details of all of the updates, backups and security checkups completed on your website as well as status updates on your optimization, speed and even a summary of your Google Analytics if you optin for it.
Optional Add-Ons: I also provide website hosting if you would like to have everything included in one package. Just send me an email and I will send you a special like for this bundle. Each website is an additional $7.50 per month for website hosting.

The refund policy
This service is non-refundable. Meaning once you’ve paid you can’t ask for a refund for the purchase BUT you can cancel at anytime. This means that if you’re on the month plan, please cancel before your next renewal date by emailing me if you’re on the annual plan you can cancel anytime before you annual renewal.

Please Note
*Task Requests: There is a per task fee of $75 US per request, occasionally the task may be larger than then what the initial request can handle and if this is the case a quote will be provided for you before any work is completed. When you need something done, you simply email me directly and I will get it handle.
Your Web Host: I may make a recommendation to switch web hosts depending on who you are with because the web host has a big impact on both your speed and security of your site. A low quality web host adds additional risk to your web site, which is something we don’t want 🙂
Optional add-on: I can also host your website and manage the migration to my servers if this is something that you would like. To host your site would be an additional fee and if you’re interested in this let me know.
Guarantee: Try it out for 30 days and if you don’t like the service I will happily refund your money. Just email me before your 30 days are up and I’ll take care of it. After the 30 days, if you are on the monthly plan you can cancel anytime and not be charged again. If you choose the annual plan and decide to cancel after the 30 day guarantee period you’ll have the service available for the balance of your term and will not be charged for another year.
